Santos somehow became everybody’s “quick coffee stop” that turns into ninety minutes. Good coffee, good playlists, strong AC, and the kind of atmosphere where tourists, remote workers, gym people, and locals all accidentally end up in the same room. The pistachio stuff disappears suspiciously fast, and yes, somebody is absolutely ordering a third coffee “to go” before leaving.
