Eduardo’s Hideaway is the calmer, seated cousin of Eduardo’s Beach Shack. Same fresh food obsession, but here you actually get tables, shade, air-conditioning if needed, and nobody trying to balance an açai bowl on a beach towel.
The menu is very Aruba after too much sun. Smoothie bowls, breakfast tacos, poke bowls, cold-pressed juices, vegan options, iced coffees, cauliflower wings, and plates with enough actual ingredients to make “healthy” feel like real food again.
It sits in Saliña Cerca, away from the beach traffic, which makes it a good reset stop before or after Noord errands.
