mangelhalto

Mangel Halto

Mangroves and calm water. The beach for people bringing books instead of speakers.

Hidden between mangroves and quiet roads, the whole area feels calm in a very different way from Palm Beach. Wooden piers, shallow turquoise water, little fishing boats, shade from the mangroves, and people mostly minding their own business. Some float around for hours. Others bring snorkel gear, a cooler, and fully commit to doing absolutely nothing productive all afternoon.

The snorkeling here is actually good too. Coral, fish, clear water, and way less chaos than the tourist beaches.

Mangel Halto is not trying to entertain anybody. That is exactly why people love it.
