At Ever, dinner comes with a lot more chef than usual. With only a handful of seats around the open kitchen, guests spend the evening watching dishes being plated, hearing the stories behind them, and interacting directly with Chef Ever de Peña throughout the meal. The chef's table experience consists of seven courses, served over several hours, often with wine pairings along the way. Some guests love the constant interaction. Others discover they're less anonymous than they expected. Either way, this is not the kind of place where you quietly order, eat, and leave. By the end of the evening, you'll probably remember the people as much as the food.
