Infini is not the place you visit for a quick dinner. With only a handful of seats surrounding an open kitchen, the entire evening revolves around the chef and whatever arrives next. There is no scrolling through a menu, no debating between fish or steak. Course after course appears while guests watch the kitchen operate a few feet away. Some people leave calling it one of the most memorable meals they've ever had. Others quietly calculate how many burgers they could have bought for the same amount of money. Both reactions are understandable.
